This was actually a good buy I use it for travel , It can fry and boil all in this one pot

Heats up fast, good temperature control. Perfect for hot pot.

I love it. Small but not too small. Water came to a rapid boil in a few mins. Pot is decent size for traveling. Wish it came with a carry bag/case. The cover does not snap/clip on so it will fall off during travel and needs to be in a carry bag/case. The heating base, pot, and cover are separate, so this might be a plus for ease of packing during travel. Would be nice if it came in different colors, and ceramic coating. I’m sure any pot of the same size can be used on the heating base.

The media could not be loaded. I think the size is perfect for 2-4 people on the go, for dorm or in any short term lodging. It works and I hope it last a number of uses. No carry bag so you'll have to be careful when packing or transporting. Bear in mind that it is cheap, not heavy duty (the slide switch feels very light) so lower your expectations. If you do that, this is a very good pot. It's portable and compact. I just got it and tried it as soon. Like any new cooking item, first use resulted with a little smoke and little plastic smell (the package comes with an important notice that it is normal) so make sure to use it with an exhaust or in a ventilated area. Smoke and smell only lasted a little while. I cooked 3 cups of white rice in 25 minutes (not a rice cooker so keep watch or you'll burn your rice). It is nonstick so clean up is easy. I fried eggs in 7-10 minutes. I boiled eggs in 20 minutes. It takes about 10-15 mins to have a rolling boil. I expected it to be a bit slow since it's small. I'd be concerned of fire hazard if it becomes very hot the moment you plug it in so I am fine to wait a bit for it to boil. But it really boils. I cooked sausage in 5 minutes. Anything quick like ramen will not be a problem. I believe it will work for hotpot too. Definitely taking this with me for this coming 3-day weekend trip.

It worked ok at the first time even if the cook time is slow. But it's gone at the second time. I see the light on but nothing happens. It's been only a couple of months since I bought this. Looks like I cannot return or replace this item.

Bought this to cook light foods at work. Really wanted a hot pot with a separate heating element for easy washing. However, when I first used it it smoked for about 30s and gave off a very burnt electrical smell. It also takes a while to come to a boil with no food added in. Now after the third use it no longer smokes but still has a slight smell. I will keep to use since I need it but it’s not ideal.

This cooker is very portable and helps you to cook simple meals while traveling. It fits in the carrier and takes up little space because the handle and the heating part are separated. You can heat, fry, and boil food with it. You can quickly make a perfect fried egg like the picture. It takes a while to preheat, but you will be satisfied with the portability and cute design.
