The product is great but when the item arrived it had the wrong plug on it. I had to cut it off and fit a uk plug on it and run the risk of using it with a voided warranty. I didn’t send it back because I need a coffee. lol

Comes with an EU Plug and not a UK plug. For the money you'd think you'd get a UK device but worse, there's no mention of it in the item description. You'd think that would be prominent.

Decided on this machine. Had a dulce gusto so glad I changed the espresso is awesome. The machine is compact and very easy to use

Arrived with a European plug. Had to change the plug for standard UK. The unit is simple to use and great coffee.

Bought as a gift but apparently works well

Straightforward once you have it set up. A wide range of pods available that fit this machine. Works quickly and it's small compact shape makes it easy to fit on the worktop. Quite loud when operating but I think that comes with the territory.Pleased

Ideally, it would be made clear in the blurb about the product that the machine comes with an EU plug. As the item is being sold in the UK it would be decent to provide an adaptor at the very least. Sadly I was so excited to buy this that I didn’t read the reviews first or I would have been prepared for all eventualities.Thankfully, we had two EU to UK adaptors at home. The fuse had blown in one and I had a bit of a panic attack thinking the machine was faulty but the second adaptor brought the machine to life.7 Nespresso pods are included to get you started but you can buy compatible pods easily in most supermarkets. Instructions are simple and with good illustrations.Water leaked out the back the first time I used it, which I’m not used to experiencing with this model previously. If this continues I would likely return it. For £100 I expect a plug socket that is suitable for the country in which I’m buying the item and a leak free experience! Perhaps I’m asking too much!Disappointed but hopefully it will stand the test of time. Due to plug issue I’ve had to deduct stars.

Do not buy from this seller as the nespresso machine supplied was unuseable in the UK as it had a 2 pin euro plug attached that is an integral part of the machine and cannot be changed. The unit is made in Ukraine and instructions are in an incomprehensible language. In short quick delivery and slightly cheaper price is a con. Amazon need to remove this seller immediately. Very unhappy buyer awaiting refund.
