Power consumption of 2x 40" and 4x 20" LED bars is 40W. The maximum power of our power supplies is 30W, this capacity is not enough to connect so many lights. You might want to consider using two power supplies. Here is a list of wattage consumed by lighting bars: 7" bar - 2W+/-10% 12" bar - 3W+/-10% 20" bar - 5W+/-10% 40" bar - 10W+/-10% Hope it helps.

Q: Could these 20" panel be controlled by the 7" panel with the sensor?

Yes, sure, all of our 12V LED lights are compatible and interchangeable. Please note, that only one LED light with sensor can be used in line. It controls the on/off and dimming functions of the entire chain of lights.
