Worked well for my father who is a paraplegic. He is able to place this in his wheel chair seat then use his ceiling mounted lift to allow him to move over to his riding mower or tractor with out the fear of falling from his slide board again. Comfortable enough to leave under him while working .

Got this for my daughter and it was really sturdy and held up very good for her. She weighs roughly 170 lb

This product works great for someone unable to walk to transport up and down stairs or anywhere a wheelchair is unable to navigate.

I tend too agree with Paramedic Mom, in that, a product listed (advertised) as holding a 1000 lb. Load IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THOES PERSONS THAT ARE IN NEED of this product holding what it claim !I. Just moved from Houston to Shreveport la. & KNOW FIRST HAND, what a Mislabeled product, can cause. A brand-new bed frame rated too Hold. Over 1 ton. Collapsed under my weight of under 600 lbs. Causing MUCH ANGUISH, AND even more pain when I was rolled Off the bed & to the floor (18 inches below ).

Well now, either I got sent the Wrong Product are the Product is over Marketed. You state Brightly and Clearly that this Product holds 1000lbs in the large pictures through out the ad. In fact it is mentioned 4 separate times. So, I wondered when I read not 1, but 3 times, in the product information that is included in the package that I received with the Item that looks strikingly like these above picture why it says - "THIS PORTABLE TRANSPORT CHAIR IS DESIGNED TO TRANSPORT UP TO 550LBS". NOT Up to 1,000 lbs according to the insert in the package. So, if you are wondering what to do, so am I. Because Obviously Less is not the answer, More is Always a Plus which is OF COURSE, why we ALL NEED A TRANSFER CHAIR THAT LIFTS 1000lbs. But, if in fact it does and the paperwork is wrong, BE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT THE SCIENCE AND MATH IS CORRECT BECAUSE WE HAVE A LOT OF HEAVY PATIENTS IN LOUISIANA AND THIS WILL BE USED QUIET OFTEN. Unfortunately, according to the CDC 35% of our state is Obese and we are in a Parish with the 3rd Highest Cholesterol Rates in our state. I believe you can imagine that we would need a product that does More and Not Less, OR AT LEAST WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. It is pretty, blue, and could be cleaned quiet easily. But, none of that will matter if is simply cannot Bare The Weight of Advertisements when there is a Patients Health and Welfare on the Line.
