No more sore legs! - updated 13 July 2015
Been using this product for a few years now, a few years back the thighs were really sore for days on end after a long ride!! now they recover very quickly. A must have now as my 63 year old legs really appreciate it! - just purchased enough for the next two years! - definitely no placebo effect as I know the difference between severe muscle ache and now hardly any at all! great stuff! that said, I don't think I am peddling much quicker so must be slowing up due to old age! - anyhow they work for me and long ride thigh fatigue has gone!

it works as it promised, the cramp that I used to get when riding long distances no longer happens. I have been able as a result to ride much further distances at harder pace.
