Good product. But read user manual before using

Before speaking about the product, let me express my regret for having purchased through online.I am never going to buy such large appliances through Amazon. I had bad experiences many a times now.First of all the box was delivered with the seal in an open state. The delivery associate rushed to get the OTP from me before I could check the condition of the package. Before I could realise the box was in a damaged state, the delivery associate disappeared.The protection thermocol was also broken but the product didn't have any damages. Despite that the aluminium plate inside the lid had several dents.The recipe book inside the box was in a torn state. I'm suspecting someone must have opened the box and replaced few damaged items with the new ones in the package.This has been the case when I usually purchase products with discount or during the festive sale offers but this time around I paid the full amount (without any discounts) yet I received the product with flaws.Coming to the product, it works like a charm. The whistle was a little flimsy at the beginning but looks to work fine now.Cooking speed is little longer than what we do manually so that's the trade off for the convenience that we get.Weight is not so heavy and liftable.Another advantage of buying Robocook is that there is a separate switch to lift the pressure valve which feels much safer.Tip: Never purchase large appliances through online (unless Amazon assures sealed package), especially the last few pieces of any product. There is a chance that the seller replace the parts from the returned items with the new ones to share their losses with the customers like me. Had there been a discount, it would have atleast justified!
