Perfect
Amazing, to the last detail, if you’re using Apple HomeKit, you don’t even need their app, it works perfectly and natively with Apple HomeKit, instantly out of the box, I only had to get the app later on to check for an update, but even if you do, it connects perfectly and it won’t disconnect it from HomeKit, absolutely love this light.

SOOOOOO EASY & RELIABLE!!
The media could not be loaded. Love these, pairing and setting up is a breeze.Lovely warm to 'every colour ever' adjustments.Doesn't flicker or have a weird headache giving light. If you turn off the power to it and on (i.e., a light switch) .. it will instantly come on @ the last setting (like a normal lightbulb 💡)Super Bright amd can be dimmed really low.Works perfectly with Google Home, can change any light in the house with voice commands with Phone, tablet and smartwatch with no delays or lag… Instant.Setting single 'keyword' commands with Google Home to set any mood, or time based setting is fab.So… Is a smartlight needed? No, not really… But when you have one, it's a game changer.

Great for Smart Home Beginners
As someone new to smart bulbs, I found the Tapo straightforward to set up—no hub needed, just connected to Wi-Fi. The colours are fun, and the away mode gives peace of mind when I’m out. Voice control works well with Google Assistant. Solid purchase!

Affordable Smart Bulb with High Lumens Efficiency and Wide Compatibility, But Music Sync is Missing
The media could not be loaded. The bulb is bright with high lumens per watt, ensuring great luminous efficiency. However, it doesn’t support Music Sync as advertised. I paired it with Alexa and used it on an IKEA HEKTAR floor lamp. The connection with the Tapo app was straightforward, but setting it up with Alexa was a bit more challenging. To simplify, first enable Tapo in Alexa’s Skills and Games, which process smoother.Pros:1. Excellent luminous efficiency, offering more lumens per watt, than many competitors, making it stand out in the market.2. Matter certified, meaning no hub is required, and it works seamlessly with other smart home ecosystems like Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings.3. Offers 16 million colors with smooth brightness control ranging from 1% to 100%.4. Better energy efficiency rating (Class E) compared to many others rated Class F or Class G.5. Wider colour temperature ranges from 2500K to 6500K, while others start at 2700K, making it a great choice for those who prefer warmer light. (Only Philips Hue offers the warmest 2000K to 6500K, but it’s at least five times more expensive.)6. More affordable than Philips Hue, while offering similar efficiency, smart features, and compatibility.7. The energy monitoring feature provides insights into monthly and yearly energy consumption.8. No flickering, even when filming videos with smartphones.Cons:1. Does not support Music Sync as advertised.2. Initial pairing with Alexa can be tricky, but connecting with the Tapo app is straightforward. It’s recommended to First enable the Tapo in Alexa’s Skills and Games to make the process easier.3. The actual Color Rendering Index (CRI) is ≥80, though it was advertised as >90.Notable points:1. Blue and UV light (shorter wavelengths) attract flies, while insects are less attracted to yellow or warm-spectrum lights.2. In the L535E/535B models, "E" refers to an Edison screw base, while "B" denotes a B22 bayonet base.
