The tricky part is that it needs assembled when arrives 😊 , once assembled follow the instructions carefully about the first charge and time required, got this for Christmas for my 3 year old and it s perfect size , the battery last long enough and the other accessories like music are great fun.

My grandson had the size under this one & loved it but cause he’s outgrown that one I bought the next size up & he’s loving this one just the same totally recommend it & the music is good too & easy to assemble

Bought 2 of these. One white and one blue. The white one is fine, but the blue one stopped working after two days. Contacted the seller and spent about 10 days going backwards and forwards with requests from them to try to fix the bike myself. After following their instructions I ended up damaging the pedal after they told me to pry it off with a screwdriver. They then tried to offer me £40 and asked me to find a local machine shop to get it repaired myself. After I refused they eventually offered me a full refund for the defective bike, but the customer service was overall shocking to say the least. It's a shame really, because the other bike I got was really good and still works fine, but because of the very poor customer service, I would advise people to avoid this seller.
