I was afraid at first to buy a PS5 outside of my country and that too from a third party retailer but my experience was very good, the box and packaging was top notch and I've been using the console for 2 months now with zero issues. Best gaming console I've ever owned, 10/10 recommend.

I purchased a slim disc version of PS5. Product was delivered to me on time. I logged in my account and everything seems to be fine but as soon as I started playing my first game far cry six system started getting turned off automatically with warning sign that your PlayStation is too hot and that’s where the problem begins. Until the game installation everything is fine and until and unless you start a new game. I cried for the game, such as FIFA 21 which give me the same problem. I would not recommend to purchase this product at any cost. I had to return the product on the second day after few testing trials. This was mine worst purchase from Amazon.

The seller did not provide the invoice, when I received it the seal was not present on the box. The face plates of the ps5 slim were shaky, there was dust on the ps5 as well as the controller the cable tie for the wires had been retied. It’s been 3 days since requesting the invoice from the seller. Please be aware of this if you plan to buy.

I recently purchased the PlayStation, and I'm thoroughly impressed. There were no problems with the packaging; everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage.As for the PlayStation itself, it performs as expected and has no issues whatsoever. It doesn't overheat or exhibit any abnormal behavior. The controller works perfectly, and all features are functioning as they should.The only minor inconvenience might be the plug type for some people. Since my unit is the Japanese edition, it came with a two-pin plug. However, this is easily resolved with a plug adapter. Other than that, it's simply plug and play.
