Perfect and completely waterproof!
I have for several years been hunting for truly waterproof fineliners. So many of them SAY they are waterproof, but when push comes to shove, they end up letting me down. This contains a wonderful selection of colors for outlining my artwork. This morning I tested the black one by doing a small line drawing that I then placed under some running water. The ink did not run, smear, liquify, nor conduct itself in any other wildly inappropriate manner. It just sat there, clear and crisp. At last I will be able to safely combine watercolors with very fineline markers! So glad to have found these.

elegant colors and a fresh cinnamon sepia
Update: after a few months these fineliners have become my favorite to use for everything, especially sketching and doodling or drawing exercises. The fine point is wrapped in metal and reliably precise and the ink is perfectly smooth. I love to use them! I have a whole large pen case of microns and I end up using these 99% of the time. Totally worth the money!Original review:I love fineliners and this was a special treat from me to me. I mostly use Micron but wanted nice colors so I couldn't wait to get these.I use sepia a lot in ink sketches and was surprised the brown and Sepia are almost the same color, and it looks more like a cinnamon. For comparison Micron's sepia is much darker. I've found this light sepia useful along with the micron as the darker tint.All of these colors are elegant. The olive is more of a sap or "dark" green and the wine is muted which is really nice. The pink is a bright classic Barbie shade.The black is a bit darker than Micron black. (If you're looking for a rich black try the Zebra fineliner, it is darker than Micron and this Copic.)

The package came a little bent but nothing that couldn't be fixed (it's not a big deal anyway). The product itself works, so I'm really glad about that! Really happy I finally decided to get these.
