Doesn’t work ***issue resolved***
Charged it prior to use like the instructions say but it doesn’t work. It turns on for a few seconds then shuts off. Has anyone else had this problem?? Maybe I got a defective one.***UPDATE: THE SELLER REACHED OUT AND SENT A NEW ONE AND IT WORKS GREAT!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!***

This thing is aweful!
So poorly engineered. The buttons don’t make any sense. Water sprays when you’re not ready for it. It’s hard to set. It literally could do damage if you’re not careful.

Not my water pik but
It’s not a water pick and it’s the resin I picked it bc I didn’t feel like soending water pick money and works fine. It’s not a bad thing but it’s not a water pick. It has multiple attachments which I like since I need the tongue one and I have a permanent retainer and implant. Broke my jaw so a lot of surgery and I’m extremely particular about my teeth. It’s fine until I feel like buying a waterPick.

I had used the original water pick years ago and remember the greatest setback was drooling while using, but this is cordless and works in the shower...awesome
