Included with this are several foam pads that you can stack to get the perfect fit in your individual cup holders. It took me six pads, spaced in three directions and doubled up for height, to fit my car's cup holder. That said, it is incredibly snug and doesn't move—even when I put a large-size Dunkies ice coffee in the extended cup-holder.Getting the resizing portion to resize is a bit tricky; this might have been easier with a button or latch of some kind, but I understand why it wasn't designed that way. Here you can resize each side individually to hold a fry container or bag of cinnamon twists.I did notice an odditiy with the base/replacement cup holder. There is a lot of suction placed on the bottom or sides if you place a light-plastic cup inside (think fast food cup). Maybe putting a cushioning pad or two at the bottom or sides would help.
