Decided to take this for the reported immune health benefits. I took a comprehensive blood test with the different white blood cell counts and saw relatively significant improvements. I have always had mild neutropenia and this lifted my neutrophil counts into the optimal range (at least it's what I would credit because I didn't change anything else regarding my health routine besides adding this). I will be taking another blood test a month from now to see if this has continued or if it was a fluke but for now, seems effective!

Tried this product for the first time yesterday. I added some to plain yogurt and added some very good honey. It was delicious, so I did the same thing today, and will probably repeat it tomorrow.

Mild taste and finely grounded. It doesn’t dissolve in liquids but hope I receive benefits to my health.

Fantastic product give it a go. I put it in my morning smoothie with a couple strawberries. It’s great and I’m feeling better.

Heard about this stuff from a webinar, can't prove it's helping me but it's simple to add to my coffee, even if it stubbornly doesn't like to mix in ....

As it relates to me a 72 yr young female, it does mix well in my oatmeal. It has done nothing for me since I started taking it in May. My gut health has not improved at all it actually feels worse. So I have stopped taking it. I think there is way too much social media touting this like it is the next best thing. Save your money this is way too expensive for something I can no longer take due to my gut issues getting worse. So disappointed.

Quality product. I bought this to add to my healthy food pantry. I really like it. It is versatile and tasty. It even tastes good in coffee. I will buy it again.

A bit apprehensive if the product would live up to the hype….it definitely is all Dr. H says it is….a great health boost! Mixed with apple sauce - it’s an easy daily dose for probiotic health!
