Best fridge water pitcher
I tested my levels before and after to see if it worked and yes after one week my alkaline levels were higher. Best tasting water and it has a digital expiration date so you know when to change the filter.I use for cooking and also for my puppy and drinking water and for making my coffee.High alkaline is so important for your health

Fast excellent service!
I ordered a water filter several months ago. When I went to change the refill filter I discovered the display had malfunctioned. I contacted the company, and within only a couple of days, they had completely resolved my issue with a replacement. Fast excellent service, and I have been very pleased with the filter too since purchasing.

Great buy
I really do like the water filter but disappointed on the timer on top. I contacted the company and they were quick to send me another one but it also did the same thing. Unfortunately, you can't remove it to maybe change out the battery. All in all, I gave 4 stars because of the quality of it but not 5 because the timer is very convenient but doesn't work for long.

Almost great
Good. Would have given 5 stars except for the spout. Impossible to pour without spilling water everywhere. Otherwise very good.
