I love how the explanations for the poses are detailed. Very needed for a total beginner. The quality is excellent! Very durable card stock.I do wish the benefits are listed on the back of each card.

-hoot misleading, cards are smaller than playing cards. Not bothering to return as that’s a hassle. Just very disappointed. Can’t recommend.
