iFixitJimmy - Ultimate Electronics Prying & Opening Tool

This is perfect for opening pretty much any electronic. I'm upgrading my MSI laptop, and the first time I used a card. The card did a poor job so I bought this jimmy. It does the job well. 10/10. It's not too stiff, & not too bendable either. It's perfect and it's not gonna mess up my computer.

The blade is very thin and flexible. The handle has a good grip to it.

Worked pretty well, I wish it was a little thinner and had been sanded down better because the edge was too sharp and I had to sand down the edge and sides both. After I did that it seemed to work much better. Don't get me wrong this is still a good quality item, it just needed a little more finishing.

This tool is simply a very thin piece of steel (about 1/64" thick) with a handle. It's a little bit like a (very dull) knife except that the blade is both very strong and very flexible. This makes it an ideal tool for spreading apart things that are very close together. This could involve opening boxes, opening cases of cell phones and other electronic devices, etc. but it has many other possible applications. It works really well for lifting off adhesive labels and scraping off gummy residue left behind by tape. It also would work really well as a putty knife for smaller applications and smoothing quick patches and probably even in the kitchen for things like cake decorating. Given the low price it's the kind of tool you might want to have several of spread around so they are easy to find when needed :)

Works really well to fix screens and strength is good to pry open stubborn parts. simple to use and decently priced.

Love this tool , it’s so handy. Opens boxes , prying things and scratches things off like lottery tickets. I bought more and gave them as gifts.
