Great cooler and customer service.
I love this cooler it works great had to spare and brackets because I lost the right ones but there customer service was quick and helpful to show me where to order new ones. Easy to install and as the name suggests dead quite had to keep looking just see if it was still running. I got a 7 700x with a 7900 xtx and with this cooler it looks great and fits well with plenty of room for circulation in the Liam 216 case. No RGB which is what I love about this cooler got enough of that already with out my case lighting up my room or distorting my monitor colours

great cooler
Great cooler, stock fan is very quiet, until 7-800 rpm is virtually inaudible,

Exactly what I needed.
Almost silent, fits like a glove, keeps my CPU cooled. I use be quiet! products for all my PCs, and I have never had an issue with them. They do their job and they do it quietly.

Poor Customer Services from Be Quiet!
Very quiet and efficient once installed on an i9 processor. The mounting is laborious, as widely commented upon, but works well once mastered. As an item, I am glad I purchased this. Along with my Be Quiet case and power supply, my PC is literally inaudible. The main issue is if you need to deal with BeQuiet customer services. My initial package (factory sealed) was missing the 4 metal clips which hold the fans to the fins. I contacted Amazon, whose customer service levels are always worthy of 5 stars, and said I would rather not waste the resources to return the entire item just for 4 small pieces of metal. Amazon got in touch with Be Quiet directly and even called me with them on the line in order to resolve the issue. I was told by Be Quiet to submit the form on their website for the parts. 4 days after submitting the form, they got back to me and suggested I needed to pay £10 for these parts (the parts they neglected to include, without which the item is useless). I contacted Amazon and they had a new whole item with me in under 24 hours for free, which contained the clips. It is a premium product, but their idea of liability and customer services leaves a great deal to be desired!

Great cooler but not easy to fit
Before buying this cooler, reading the reviews put me off in the beginning. The issues pertaining to the tricky installation of Dark Rock coolers were both truth and urban myth. I bit the bullet regardless and picked up a deal on Amazon warehouse. To say I am pleased with the cooler is understatement. I had liquid AIO coolers before, a few of them. Disbelieving air could be as good as water. As testing shows, in a well planned airflow case, a few degrees difference don't matter and going air was the best thing I did. Just Dark Rock installation was a pain to fit.The only bad point is the fitting, had I been able to do this with the motherboard in situ within the case, it would have been a godsend. However taking the motherboard out, fitting nuts and bolts with tint spanners felt going backwards rather than forward tech. But as it sits in the case, its Thermal Grizzly paste keeping temps a few degrees lower, I will not need to replace the paste or move the cooler for a couple of years. The upright facing fan fits the build great and pushes air down to cool the motherboard as a bonus. WThe other good plan by Dark Rock, was ito provide mounts for the old 1366 socket, which meant my overclocked 6 core i7, has a couple more years left before its retirement. This cooler allowed it to keep cool actually well over its projected 225 TDP.So hopefully Dark Rock will improve mounting applications on new products. In the meantime the TF is a great cooler for the money and in more restrictive case builds. Just be prepared to have patience and a degree of time to fit it properly.

Bigger is better
I am running Ryzen 9 5950 and this cooler keeps the temp down, now I don't overclock and the tepm is stable. The mounting for this cooler must be done with case on it's side and as it can be a bit tricky to access the mounting screws. When I play games or do my video editing the cooler is more than enough to keep the processor cool and I have not yet had overheating of the processor. The cooler is quiet and I have to check every now and again to see if it is running :-)Over all worth the money and cools very well

It is quiet.
Very quiet, works well with my CPU. There is a long screwdriver to fit the cooler inside the box, it took me a while to find it as it was in one of the foam pieces (I would have found it alot quicket had I read the instructions more thoroughly!). I am happy with it, prefer non RGB items in my PC, the only exeption is when they are considerably cheaper. This is working fantastically with my Ryzen 9 7900X.
