HERBS ETC. Deep Sleep, 2 FZ

I’ve had a hard time with sleeping for over 30 years and I’ve tried practically everything that I see unless it’s way way expensive! And so I keep trying and none of them are perfect. Most of them don’t do anything for me, but this one does help. I can’t say I’m gonna use it and then go right to sleep now but it’s does much better than most of them do sometimes I do go to sleep pretty quick. I’m just a different kind person here though it’s not gonna act the same for everybody but most of them I try one time this one I’ve been using now for a while, cause it does help. I picked this over the others after I’ve tried the others and they don’t work then this one is better but many years I wasn’t using anything cause nothing seem to work. This one works for me more than any other one, but like I said, it’s not perfect for me because I don’t always go to sleep automatically.What’s most important? Sleep is most important! This one isn’t that expensive! I get a big bottle and that lasts me quite a long time so that’s good! Otherwise I couldn’t get it!

I’ve been taking this every night for years. It’s the only sleep medication. I’ve tried that works. I’m not saying it keeps me asleep all night but compared to other sleep supplements. This is the best.

This product didn't help me fall to sleep. I had a reaction with my body over heating .

This tincture has helped me get some of the best sleep I’ve had in months. For me, it only works when taken according to the instructions on the bottle (one hour before bed and again at bedtime). I got lazy and tried to take a double dose right at bedtime, and I would wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep. When taken according to the instructions I typically sleep through the night. If I do wake up in the middle of the night, I’m able to fall back asleep relatively quickly. Good stuff!

I have had problems with waking up early. Deep Sleep addresses this some but by itself is not effective for me in that I wake up early still but maybe an hour later than I have (after I have become tolerant to other prescription meds I have been trying.) If you try it, know that the first couple nights will be very strange, with crazy dreams - this is the best I can describe it. But at least this is not an additive medication. I have since added back the other prescriptions meds one by one and Deep Sleep does seem to potentiate their effect. I have reordered another value-size four ounce bottle from Amazon. It is not the alcohol-free version but that does not bother me and Herbs Etc tells me that the amount of alcohol in the whole bottle does not equal a half glass of wine, if I remember correctly. You might want to check with them directly to be sure, if that is an issue for you.
