I bought this to get some cardio workout in and get toned. I can’t even do 10 minutes without taking a break! It definitely gives you a workout. Gets the heart rate up, I feel it in my calves and my abdomen when stepping. I used the arm bands for a few minutes and that wiped me out. You really feel that in your biceps! I switched to using my 2lb weights in my hands or my 5lb weights when I’m stepping because I felt like I could stay on the stepper longer than when I used the arm bands. It is worth the money for sure! Easy to assemble, just took it out of the box and hooked the arm bands into the metal loop attachments. I slide it under my chair in my living room so it’s out of the way when I’m not using it.

I was hesitant to buy this because it felt like it was gimmicky and wouldn’t provide much of a workout. But, a YouTuber had lost about 30 pounds and used this as part of her 75 hard workouts, so I gave it a try. It really does work! For context, I work out several times a day doing strength training, walking, running, and cardio. So, I didn’t expect much. But it is great truly, I find myself getting close to out of breath, and this is a wonderful addition to the living room. I can step on these for a while when watching television rather than just sitting there. The only thing I would say is it might be an issue if you have balance issues, so then I would suggest having it near something you can hold on to or grab if need be, but it’s not dangerous by any means. I have also used it at my desk when working, though that can be hard with the up and down motion or you’re using a keyboard. Great value, definitely works well.

Build quality is very sturdy. Quite to use. You hear a soft thump that has rhythm to your workout. Ready to use right out the box. Instructions written in English. Pedal has a nice grip. You don’t feel any kind of slipping sensation once you get on. I’m 250 pounds and there’s no shaking or anything. This machine definitely holds my weight. Very convenient while working. The counter is legible and can be reset anytime you want. I get a real burn sensation while in use. Very compact. Function is smooth. I feel I’m getting stronger while at work.

The Niceday Twist Stepper has been a great addition to my weight loss journey! It’s compact, easy to use, and really works up a sweat. I love using it daily and am already seeing results. Highly recommend!

Great for small apartments. I do a half an hour while watching a youtube video and it gets my heart rate up. It’s great for some one in an up stairs apartment w limited room like my self who can’t be jumping around working out. Def worth the money to invest In Your health and it’s not too hard where it’ torcher and you avoid it it’s actually kind of fun you’ll want to do it while watching tv. Zero assembly also!

This is the best stepper I have ever bought. As described, it mimics the way you would walk, which takes the tension off your knees. You are not just going up and down, but you are actually moving yet standing still. You will work on your whole lower body and build muscle while doing it. The tension is perfect, as you can adjust to your desired comfort. It is very easy to use, and it's functional for your desk or office space. It's well worth the money.

this is an awful stepper. I actually bought this one to replace another awful stepper. Unfortunately, this one broke even faster than the other one. I was using it not doing anything crazy and all of a sudden, I heard a loud noise and almost fell off the thing. It looks like the belt gave away or something. Truly ridiculous. I tried contacting customer support, but received no assistance Contrary to the brand name, I’m not having a Niceday.
