I’m so glad I found these! A lot of lactation products have mixed reviews and can cause stomach problems for mom or baby. These taste good, work well, and we haven’t had any issues!I had a strong milk supply at first, but when I went back to work (I’m in healthcare and gone for 12–14 hours a day), my supply started to drop—even though I was pumping every 2–3 hours. Then I switched to night shifts, which made it worse. My baby also got sick from daycare and started eating less, which didn’t help. My supply got so low that we had to use frozen milk for most of his feedings.I started using these a week ago, and I’ve seen a steady increase in my milk! At first, I got about half to one extra ounce each pump. After a week, I’m getting a full extra ounce every time I pump! I’m starting to replenish our frozen supply and providing just enough for most of his feeds.These have been a lifesaver. They’ve taken away so much stress and worry about how to feed my baby—especially since he didn’t do well with formula. We’re still open to using it if needed, but while we look for one that works for him, it’s such a relief to have my supply coming back.10/10—would definitely recommend to any mom!

I started taking these gummies to support my milk supply and overall recovery. They taste good and are easy to include in my daily routine. I think they made a small difference, but I’m not completely sure yet. I didn’t experience any negative side effects, which is a plus. I plan to get another bottle to see if there’s a more noticeable change. So far, they seem helpful, just not a dramatic difference.

Ive tried so many different things to bring up my milk supply to have enough to feed my baby at the breast and pump enough for him while I’m working and it didn’t seem like anything really worked until I tried these. It took a few weeks but I feel like my supply definitely increased a fair amount and the gummies themselves taste good so honestly if you need to increase your supply I would give them a go!

When I opened them brand new they were dried up and crusted over. They were all stuck together in a solid block as well and I could barely get ONE out of the bottle. They seemed like they were already sitting in the bottle opened for a long time. Definitely not my taste for a gummy. 👎 They should be fresh and soft.
