Small but mighty
Bottles were smaller then I expected but they have amazing flavor. Used them on omelets smoked meats and various other foods. Highly recommend

Very good hot sauce but it's expensive
I like this brand of hot sauce. I use a lot of it. But that's the problem. It's expensive for the amount that you get. To get a good level of spiciness and flavor, you have to use quite a bit. One bottle doesn't last very long. I guess I'm just spoiled from using sriracha

Nice flavor profile with palatable heat!
This one's not burning your face off, but has enough heat to keep "those people" happy while letting others enjoy a terrific taste! It's a bit thin and goes all over off you're not careful. Work the twist top properly and don't squeeze like a muscle-head and you'll probably save your table cloth (can't guarantee the front of your shirt will be safe). The little bottles go fast so order plenty.

Decent sauce
I'm a huge fan of Heartbeat's sauces, but this one falls a little flat compared to their other offerings. It's a nice sauce with mild heat and a sweetness at the end, but I don't feel like I know what to put it on. Their Red Habanero and Pineapple Habanero I feel like I can put on anything, but this one kind of has me stumped on what to apply this to.
