Doesn't work
Very disappointed with this router. Couldn't connect to the wifi even being connected wasn't able to ping the devices themselves.Mac Address filtering was a complete let down.Basically nothing worked, after hours of setting up how i would like it to function just didn't work.I've bought something else and returned this as it just didn't work for me

Good value with good performance
Speed and stability are very good, not required to reset nor restart after one moth.Setting interface is not difficult to use, I am not en expert on networking but a few steps for security are necessary and its easy to complete those steps.Wireless covering is good enough for me. Rebuilding or improving satellite connection is faster than my old Netgear 752, usually in 1 minute or less. The biggest connection issue I faced was my Brother aio printer, which could not connect to any password-protected SSID. Hence I opened the 2.4Ghz network but protecting the 2.4Ghz network with white access list, to take my printer to internet.

Immature firmware renders the product almost unusable.
Too unstable at the moment. It's had a few firmware updates since launch but still had too many issues.Band steering completely broken, 2.4ghz network throughput was terrible, connection kept sporadically stopping transferring anything despite being connected, setup with the phone app errored out. On the latest two firmwares the router was broadcasting Phantom networks with the SSIDs set to the router's MAC....i think you get the idea. Asus have a lot of work to do on the firmware before this is worth buying.Have returned the BT8 and gone back to my older Ax92 now, and whilst it's an older WiFi 6 device with inferior coverage, the stability is much better than this product. Not recommended.

Performance issues.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these devices although they are packed with features and the usability of them is very easy. The performance is awful and found that they weren’t very reliable when using them products were returned for a refund
