I found that each individual packet has about half the powder that I normally use. The flavor was not all that great. It was not bad, just a little on the mediocre side. The color looked ok, but I would rather have flavor over looks.

Mild taste, natural ingredients
This product tastes much more mild than I'd expected. It's the perfect matcha for someone who hasn't tried it before, because it isn't too overpowering. You can also mix it in cold water by putting it into a water bottle and shaking it, like crystal lite, so I use it at work a lot. It's also relatively low in calories and doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners, so I'd definitely recommend this product.
