This cleanse felt natural as I’ve gone through each day taking these. I struggle with digestion and try to do a cleanse a few times a year. Immediately after a few days of taking these, I felt relaxed and at ease. The thing I like most about them is that they don’t have a weird taste, nor do they smell funky or strange. It’s like a non-existent or neutral smell and taste, which makes taking these even simpler and great to use for a cleanse.
