I haven't been sick since getting these, so I can't comment yet on their effectiveness. I will say that I am a believer in herbal supplements and homeopathic remedies, so it's nice to this on hand. I have previously used some of the individual ingredients in this supplement to support my immune system when sick, so it's also nice to have them all together in one pill. I've been taking this for a couple of weeks and honestly can't say that it works for me. It may well work for others but I have to rate it on my own experience. I can't say I've noticed any effects good or bad from taking it but at the recommended rate of 3 capsules a day, it's a pretty pricey, presently about $1.80 per day! I looked up the root, flower and fruit extracts listed as ingredients and there actually are studies showing them to be useful in numerous ways - as antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and even having antiviral properties. The fact that this product didn't seem to do anything for me may just indicate I presently don't need what it can do - but I'm going to save what's left and use it when I get my next cold. If it proves to be a big help, I'll update this. I do think at this point that it seems like the ingredients are legit and more than just folk remedies - and they contain helpful nutrients in any case.

I don't know if this is working or not. I've had sinus congestion for several months. It just started going away and my allergies kicked up, so I'm congested again. I suppose it could be worse if I wasn't taking this. There were no bad effects from taking this, other than the expense if you purchased it.

i ordered the "GREEN VALLEY NATURALS My Sinus Miracle Herbal Supplement" when recovering after a bad cold. i love elderberry and take elderberry supplement during cold winter months. i also take quercetin with vitamin c. this so-called 'miracle herbal supplement' has those good ingredients. the price is just too high, especially at the recommended dosage. there are supplement readily available from amazon which will give the same support of overall respiratory health without a hefty price and promises of miracles.

Capsules are easy to swallow, they have a slight taste to them that is not bad. They recommend a daily dose of 1 capsule. I have not had any bad side effects from them.
