Great by itself or as a soup starter
Quick and very easy. Add shrimp, celery, carrots or whatever to round out a nice soup meal. I love it! Gluten free is a must for me.

Perfect Lunch For the Noodle Lover
I LOVE noodles...especially Ramen noodles. As many other people have, I survived college by living on cheap (and bad for you) Ramen noodles. Since college, I have developed a horrible allergy to palm oil, palm kernel oil, and cocout oil. If you read the labels, almost all Ramen-style noodles, no matter the brand, contain palm oil and/or palm kernel and/or coconut oil. As a result, there were no more noodles for me...until I discovered these. These are so perfect for a light lunch or a hearty snack! There is a little oil packet as well as a spice packet to add to the noodles. The flavor in the broth is delicious. There is just the slightest bit of heat, which I personally enjoy. My Mother thinks they are way too hot, so keep this in mind if you are sensitive to spicy foods. These are low in calorie and fat content, especially compared to other Ramen-style noodles. Plus, they only take around 3 minutes to make. What could be easier or more practical? Now that I have found these, I plan to keep them in my pantry all the time. They are now my go-to lunch food, especially when I'm in a hurry or am in the mood for noodles...and I'm always in the mood for noodles!

A great tasting option for Celiacs (or anyone that loves noodles)
After getting a Celiac diagnosis 2 years ago, and having to go gluten free, I was searching for a good option to replace ramen noodles, which I did enjoy from time to time. I wasn't having much luck, then ran across these on Amazon (my local stores don't carry them) and decided to give them a try. While they're not the same as ramen noodles, they are close enough to keep me happy. The flavor of the broth is quite good and the noodles cook quickly and are very tender. Add a little protein such as chicken, beef or pork and you have a nice meal.I like to always have some on hand for a quick meal, so I ordered several 12-packs to make sure I don't run out.So, if you have to be gluten free, like me, give these a try. Even if gluten isn't a problem for you, I still recommend them because they are very good. I'd continue buying these, Celiac issue or not.

Very mild flavor
While it does come with a seasoning packet and oil packet, I keep wondering if I've done it correctly because the flavor is so mild. However, I love having rice noodles available to drop into a pot of bubbling soup I've made from scratch and these cook up nicely in just a few minutes. I buy them when the price drops mostly for that purpose.

Really Good and Low Calorie
This brand is my new favorite lunch ramen. It's taste is great, you can drop an egg in it and not have it lose flavor. I actually lost some weight eating this instead of the wheat based, deep fried package ramen too.

Tasty, cheap, gluten free
My boyfriend is Celiac and we love eating these or the other flavors for a quick lunch. If you have a hot water kettle, then add all of the contents of the noodle package to a bowl and fill the bowl with the hot water. Leave the bowl uncovered for ten to fifteen minutes. In that time, your noodles will have cooked and the soup shouldn't be scalding, so it should be ready for instant eating. Well, instant after waiting ten minutes or so.Another note, I actually prefer these to the Thai Kitchen instant noodles that come in a plastic bowl. First of all, they are cheaper. Second of all, the noodles themselves are actually superior. With the noodle bowl, the noodles are probably at most two inches long. The noodles for these packages are very long, so you can grab at a bunch of them easily with either a fork or chopsticks.Overall, a great snack!

Best gluten-free ramen ever!
The spring onion is my favorite flavor, garlic and vegetables is a close 2nd though. These noodles are so easy to make. U can just eat them as a side or add some meat and veggies in to make a whole meal. Fyi the oil packet is spicy (I leave mine out). The packet is a bit pricey, but its instant gluten-free rice ramen. I feel its best to let the noodles sit in the cooking broth for 3-5 minutes for added absorption and softness (personally I cook them in my microwave on 4/10 power for 3:30 minutes). Enjoy.

Worst instant-ish noodles EVER!
The noodles were supposedly best thru May 2025. I cooked it today, and the oil packet inside already smelled like they’ve been on the shelves for years past BBD. The noodles themselves are tasteless and had a foul smell after cooking.
