Was having major pressure urinating with low flow. This started working after 4 days and now i only take one capsule every 2 days and it has helped me 100%. Unbelievable!

These appear to work. I only need to take on a day, 500 mills is a lot. Not so easy to swallow as they kinda float in your mouth with water. Have been using these about 4 weeks now and am able to sleep thru the night most nights.

I usually take two capsules in the morning with breakfast, along with my multivitamin. The capsules are a good size and not too big, they’re smooth enough to swallow easily with just a sip of water. There’s no weird smell when you open the bottle. I like that I don’t have to take them multiple times a day. The bottle is sturdy and closes tightly, so I keep it in the kitchen cabinet and haven’t had any issues with moisture or anything. It’s a simple, nothing complicated. It’s been convenient, clean, and easy to stick with.

Really cannot say for certain if these pills are doing anything for me, but they do seem well made. The powder inside is slightly sweet. Tastes a bit like protein powder, probably the maltodextrin.
