Q: Is this product easy to use?

Q: Should i buy the men’s or women’s? which one is better? is the men’s too wide? is it more supportive? i’m a woman and i’m size 8.

My reco is to buy the Mens. I wear Women's size 7.5. Had seen couple reviews from women recommending the Mens and I agree. Both are thin and flexible; however, the Mens are a bit thicker and work much better. For me, the Women's were too thin and did not offer much pain relief.

Q: Can these help with heel bone bruise?

For the cost I wouldn't hesitate to give it a try. It has made a world of difference in the pain in my heel from plantar fasciitis and heel spurs.

Q: can this item use on heels

I’m not sure....they have a thicker sole so they may not be comfortable in heels or stick out a little, depending on the shoe. They work great in gym shoes and really relieved the pain in the soles of my feet.
