Solved icing problem
The refrigerator began to not cool and the freezer compartment started to show frost. There is a panel in the back of the freezer compartment that is held in place by screws with 1/4 inch heads. Remove this. The air passage at the back of the refrigerator was frozen over so air couldn't move to the from the freezer down to fridge. When clear, you can stick fingers down the passage. A buddy with experience suggested I change this and the defrost time . I cleared out the ice with a hair dryer and installed this. When I took the old one out I could see signs of a burn stain. This came with crimp connectors so you will need a crimper. I used my own heat shrink connectors. I did change out the timer in the fridge as well and now the fridge works as new. Whole process took less than half hour.

Easy to install, matched my Electrolux fridge's specs. L47-22F were the money numbers.It cost a fraction of the OEM part.Unfortunately the fridge completely bit the dust (compressor failure I think) a month and a half after installing the part. But I don't think that's related to the part at all.
