The product is very nice looking and was very easy to use for a computer and a Samsung galaxy tablet. I bought it as a gift for an Apple iPhone and iPad for my mom, so I haven't tried it yet on them. You don't need an app for the pc or tablet, but you do need an app for the iPhone and iPad. I'll update the review after I've tried the app.

Can’t write a review without making at least a one star review.I am returning these both, like a dummy I bought two.Neither of the two I purchased work. No instructions, or a tiny page with tiny writing might have been instructions, but unable to read the print. I suspect these are Chinese junk.I’m returning them both and I’m sorry I’ve wasted so much time trying to make them work.My advice is to warn you not to go through what I have and warn you not to purchase items when you can not verify an app they want to force type to download.Protect your phone and thereby your pocketbook.

Beautiful, Durable and Amazingly Useful - Huge amount of storage. allows me to carry documents to and from work easily. I like to make and take music playlists to parties. This device allows me to take plenty of music to keep everyone entertained for that awesome party! It is a great way to back up business presentations for easy travel wherever I may be. Love it.

I purchased two of these. My son and I have the same iPhones and he was able to download the app and save his photos. I was not able to get the app to work for me. I tried it at least 3 times to no avail.

This product deserves no stars. The print in the instruction manual is so tiny it is difficult to read. I did manage to get the app downloaded after going to the app store. I got some pictures downloaded but a few days later I tried to download more pictures using the same steps I used the first time and kept getting an Error message. I definitely do not recommend this product!!!

Would be nice if there was some type of cover for the tips. Also, this only recognizes photo files. I bought it for dual use - photos and work files but cannot move work files between computers with it.

I was going to buy une at Best Buy for $98 and this product good and less expensive
