It is very difficult to find comfortable compression tights to wear underneath loose fitting pants. These are great. They have an open toe, are fairly easy to get on (it's all relative), don't dig into my waist, and come in long sizes for someone who has long legs. I liked them so much that I bought them in another color as well.

After trying around a dozen different compression leggings or stockings, I finally found one that actually fits a person with long legs (5'10"). All the others (and even some of the Sigvaris' other types) were a bear to get on and the crotch would hang halfway to my knee but not these ones!! They are easier to get on with the little foot thingie and I am not having to hike them up constantly. I'm pleased -- bought a second pair. The only thing I'm not totally crazy about is that it is open toe (but I don't like closed toe either) and so there is a ridge on the bottom of my foot where they end and it is uncomfortable to me.

I bought these for my flights to Africa. I was wearing them for over 30 hours. The great news, I had zero ankle swelling/leg swelling AND I found them to be comfortable. I followed their instructions for sizing and they were sized perfectly.

These tights give me support in all the right places. I keep my nails short and only wear one ring, I'm not too worried about tearing these. I had size MS and they kept riding down and pulling my undies down with them. Naughty things. The ML size is perfect for my 6 foot 1 inch, 205 lbs frame. I feel...together, with these on. I also like the open toes, as sometimes my toe nails get out of hand.

These really look like tights and not your grandmother's support hose.I like them a lot and will re-order them.My only issue is that the foot part is really narrow on my wide feet, and really long on my short feet. My personal rating for them would be 4 1/2 stars. But that's more about my 7.5WW feet than about the hose. I recommend them (the hose, not my feet!).

My other pantyhose have some degree of compression all the way up. These have no compression at all from the upper thigh to the waist. The result is a poor and very uncomfortable fit. I am very disappointed in the product.

These tights are seriously scratchy. After having multiple procedures and having pain and sensitivity, this wasn’t the most comforting material to wear 24 hours a day. I’m glad this is not my only pair and that I could rotate tights. Washing has not helped to soften them. Compression is accurate, which is most important. They hold up like any other Sigvaris tight, but they just don’t feel right.
