Good product. Works like a charm. Easy to set up and use.

The tablet is not what I thought it was going to be. It does not live up to the quality I thought it was going to have. I would really like to return this because is is not helping with my art it is kind of a hindrance.

I would LOVE to have a tablet like this for longer than two months. Every single one I have ever tried ALWAYS ends up non functional for some unknown reason, and this one is no different. Shame because I really liked that there were no batteries in the pen to worry about.First problem is the right angled cord, which is pointing at the exact wrong angle to be of real use, Actually makes the cord MORE likely to fail. You might avoid this by taping it to the pad so that it doesn't strain as much, but I think its unlikely to last either way. I know that these things can be made better quality than they are for not much more money, but there seems to be no middle ground between Wacom $$$ and trash that will break in a matter of weeks.Maybe I'd be better off buying an expensive one anyway because I keep rebuying the cheapos over and over again... How frustrating!Other than the fact that it broke, it worked great when it worked though.

Very easy to use. My son draws anime and he was so excited it did what he expected. He's 20 years old. We haven't needed to call tech support. He's been able to fix or adjust use of the tablet. Very impressed. We have no complaints.

It was good at first before it stop working, the tracking system was hard for the device to pop on my screen. Then I would have to unplug it couple times for it to work. Then one day it deicide to stop working. I called it in then they said to wait 8 business days. That was past a whole month, I called back in they started to give me attitude and said why couldn't you just returned it soon. Then I explained to them I called it in on the last week that could have returned the product. But they were getting mad at me, and so I ask to talk to the manager.the manager was fine she said she could open the return label for me, so she did and it was open for a week, then closed. So I say it terrible

Bought this for my daughter and her Chromebook. Worked somewhat but not what we wanted so we returned. Im sure it would work great on a PC or Mac. The shipping was fast.

Perfectly working and took a few minutes to set up on my laptop, gave me paint tool sai (I had it already but still) and it's so sensitive! PERFECT FOR DRAWING!
