It really improved my hair growth. I was losing a lot of hair because of stress and hormonal imbalances, and 6 months after I started to take it I could really notice the improvement.

My wife has been taking the supplement for 5 days. She Has been on a script for Synthroid but now it doesn't seem to be working at all. She has metabolic syndrome and so I'm sure her conversion rate is not the best. Last week she started taking ashwagandha and this supplement twice a day, AshwAganda was 500 mg.She has improved from a serious depression and lethargy to where she was when the Synthroid seemed to work. We added the extra ashwagandha because of her anxiety which causes extreme volatility in her blood pressure. We are tired of the madness that is our medical system. We are very impressed with this supplement . As we age our ability to absorb these important co-factors in conversion is impaired and I'm sure the extra supplementation has benefited my wife greatly. Just started Saint Mingiano at an are better price than Gaia, the latter taken for 6 months for hypothyroidism. Finally got a good test but still need a boost. Saint Mingiano has abit more kelp iodine, selenium & other nutrients. Will update this up ahead.

They are longer skinny pills. Easy for me to swallow. Great quality. I can definitely tell when I do not take them. They give me energy! Something I have been fighting for years. I have been buying these for over 2 years now.

It’s only been a week so far, but taking these I feel a good difference in my energy levels. They are more consistent through out the day. So far I love them. Maybe after I finish the bottle I’ll give an update.UPDATE: After a long time of trail and error finding the right HBP medicine and what causes my migraines, I found that my migraines are hormonal and now that I have the right medicine, I can tell these supplements have made a big difference with my migraines. During the time of my menstrual period I only had to take migraine medication twice so far. The other days excedrine would suffice. Mind you, I just started taking these again this month, since putting these on hold. 👍🏾 good supplements

The two ingredients that caused me problems are l-tyrosine and Ashwagands. I took one capsule a day for a week with no problems so I stepped up to the recommended dose one capsule twice a day. After 2 days I felt extreme anxiety and heart palpitations along with joint pain. So I discontinued the supplement and the next day I felt better. The symptoms are not anything I would want to experience again. Hope this helps someone.
