Great product. Guggulu is wonderful but if you are on blood thinners, you cannot use as it thins the blood. That is why it says to stop taking 2 weeks before surgery.

It's better than chemicals but I can't tell if this changed my test panel. But it is psychologically safer than chemicals IMHO.

Even with diet and exercise it did not help keep my cholesterol level in check. Note, I believe it says it helps “maintain a healthy cholesterol level”. Mine definitely was not at what my doctor considers a healthy level after taking 3 bottles. My goal was to get off cholesterolprescription but this didn’t help me.
