“Rummikub: Where Numbers Tango, Tiles Giggle, and Grandma Becomes a Strategist!”
Ladies, gentlemen, and sentient game pieces, gather 'round the virtual table! Today, we embark on a whimsical journey through the colorful world of Pressman Rummikub Large Numbers Edition—a game that defies gravity, tickles your brain cells, and makes your fingers dance like salsa-loving digits. The Cosmic PreludePicture this: You’re sipping chamomile tea, nestled in your favorite armchair, surrounded by a motley crew of family and friends. The game box opens and behold—the tiles spill forth like mischievous sprites. The room hums with anticipation. The Grand Unveiling1. Tile Size ExtravaganzaThe tiles! Oh, the tiles! They’re not mere numbers; they’re celestial bodies in disguise. Each one is like a tiny universe—a cosmic crossword waiting to be solved. And guess what? They’re bigger than your average meteorite!“Grandma, pass me the ‘7’!” you shout.Grandma winks, her bifocals gleaming. “Child, that’s not just a ‘7.’ It’s a supernova of possibilities!”2. Tile Stands: Sturdier Than a Black Hole’s Event HorizonThe tile stands—those trusty steeds that cradle your numbered gems—are like battle-hardened knights. They’ve seen it all: epic duels, interdimensional negotiations, and the occasional spilled coffee. But fear not! The new stands have evolved. They’re two rows of 12, standing tall and unyielding. No more sliding across the table like a buttered penguin.3. Colors That Sing in HarmonyThe blues! The reds! The yellows! They harmonize like a cosmic choir. And the best part? The blue and black tiles no longer play hide-and-seek. No squinting required. It’s like they attended a color-coordination workshop in the Andromeda Galaxy.Cosmic StrategiesThe Nebula Shuffle: Mix those tiles like a cosmic DJ. Channel your inner pulsar. The Quasar Swap: Swap tiles with a sly grin. Your opponents will wonder if you’ve mastered quantum entanglement. The Black Hole Bluff: Lay down a triple set. Watch your opponents’ eyes widen. They’ll think you’ve discovered a new dimension.ConclusionSo, my fellow stargazers, embrace the Pressman Rummikub Large Numbers Edition. It’s not just a game; it’s a wormhole to laughter, a warp drive to family bonding. And remember, when you win, the universe applauds.

Easy to see and the colors are easy to differentiate. Great game!!
We had the old version of this game and played it for years. Each time we would complain that the orange and red colors looked too much alike. This version remedies that problem by replacing the orange with a deep yellow. End of confusion. The bigger size is nice as well, even though I had no problem with the normal sized tiles. My only complaint...I wish the bag that you can use to hold the tile during a game was a little bigger. Sometimes you can see the tile when you reach over to select from the bag. All in all, very happy with this purchase.

A FUN game, suitable for the WHOLE FAMILY!!
This game is easy to learn, has elements which are easy to see for both younger individuals and we OLDER kids. The concepts are easy to understand after the first play or two and it is easy to set up and put away between other aspects of a given day. It can provide a chance to get together for some fun without interfering in anyone's planned day.

Great family fun
This is such a fun game that my senior citizen friends and I love to get together to play. It keeps our brains active. I also play with family members when they visit and we always have fun and laughs. I think this is also a great game for teenagers because it would be good exercise for their brains taking them off computer games and using brain power.

Tiles are very easy to read!
We love to play this game but the standard size tiles can be hard to read. This version is great. So glad the company made it.

Awesome game, high quality set, good contrast w/ colors...BUT....
Love this game...super fun! The Large Number Edition is by far the best Rummikub set out there for quite a few reasons....(1) The colors are very easy to tell apart, even for those with poor vision and color blind (as my husband is and I had to get rid of our regular edition where you couldn't tell the blue from the black)(2) The tiles are high quality, not cheapy plastic feeling, but not so hard (like ivory) that you worry if you kid got ahold of one and chucked it at the window that it would break (yes, this did happen to me!).(3) The tray is a thicker plastic than some of the other versions and it sits well on a table keeping your pieces private unlike some of the other versions that tip with the slightest bump.(4) The little draw-string bag that holds the tiles is nice to store them in, but it is kind of see-through if you use it as a grab-bag during play. With all those positives, I do have some complaints...(1) Why, oh why, if there are 4 colors, can't they have a board with 4 rows!?!? SUPER frustrating!!(2) Needs a timer that is digital, not a sand one because then if somebody doesn't use it all during their turn you have to wait until the time is up fully before starting it for the next player. I use a timer from my Scattergories (unsure if I spelled that one right) game and it works OK, but it's loud.(3) The bag it comes with is great for storing the tiles in the box, but not so great for playing with as it is kind of see-through and the top is always wide open displaying the tiles inside. We aren't cheaters, but one still wonders if an opponent saw a joker tile on top and didn't grab it. This could have been easily (and fairly cheaply) fixed using a bag with an elastic top instead of drawstring. I think I'm gonna make one and start selling them!Anywho, this is by far the best of all the editions out there...the pros totally outweigh the cons.
