So far so good - these vitamins were recommended by my GP and they seem to be good so far. I think they’re really fairly priced too. The pills aren’t too big either which is good (sometimes vitamins can be unnecessarily big). I’ve had trouble with some vitamins upsetting my stomach in the past - this one is ok as long as I take it on a full stomach, but on empty stomach it does bug me a little. There’s not much of a taste to it so all good. The colour of the pills are light brown/beige. No smell.

Honestly hard to tell if tablets like these have an effect but I'm feeling great, I used to suffer from headaches throughout the day before taking these now I rarely get them at all.I'm not one who has problems swallowing tablets but these are pretty large (about the size of an almond), they don't leave an aftertaste if you swill it down with water but they do smell quite strange, similar smell to the fish oil tablets I used to take.All in all recommend if you struggle to get everything your body needs from your diet.
