Great product for routine fitness
Using this product for a month now. Treadmill is working fine and meets our expectations. Very sturdy and comfortable. Delivery was on time. overall a good product must buy without any second thought. Noise is not much. smooth ana very much comfortable. loved everything about this product. Installation was very easy.

Difficult to move around, straight line running not possible
Product 99S looks good quality but has some design issues and false promises, in their video they show an older batch model in which front part is inline with the running part when lifted up but the model they send has a considerable gap making it difficult to move around since the running part puts pressure on your chest to move it , when I called customer care they say it's a design improvement and can't do anything. Secondly the running part is always at some inclined angle in all 3 inclines , straight road like running isn't possible on this machine . Overall not a satisfactory experience . I tried to order a replacement but even replacement not possible due to this issue since this issue is persistent , only return possible wasting time

Nice product
The treadmill was received in time and very easy to install with the help of video sent by the company. It took only 10 minutes to unpack and install. So far it has been working fine and with ease.

Basic Equipment, does its job
Dont expect too much from this. I think it does okay for 30k.The heart rate sensor and distance calculation is not accurate. Main drawback is the manual lubrication and no pause button, just very basic. Its a nightmare, as you ll have to lift the belt and spread the lube oil, no guarantee that it ll equally spread and can cause corrosion of the belt. So please be careful and do the regular lubrication.
