On my first use, my entire shirt and pants got soaked with water, s others have mentioned it. Ok, next time I will wring it more. But that wasn't the only issue. In 80F degree weather and 80% humidity, this is just a wet towel. Not a cooling towel. I used to have one that unfortunately hardened really fast once out of the bag, but that was very cold when you touched it. And I also could feel cooling my body temperature during games. This one again, it's just a wet towel. You can make one at home. Maybe I'm missing something or it was too humid for its usage. Can't returned it because I used it.* Update: I used these for an extend period of outdoors intense workouts and I can’t even imagine not having them. They felt cool and perfect. The only think I need to figure out is: if you are outside the whole day and put back in the bottle and leave it in the sun it smells weird/ if you leave out of the bottle it turns kind of hot ….so still figuring out the balance

I use these on those hot days in Arizona when I play pickle ball. I just put them in a small cooler filled with ice and some water, squeezing out most of the water and wrap around my neck. It really helps to keep my temperature down so I can keep playing. They seem to be well made. The blue is true blue but the pink is more mauve. They seem to be well made.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked the idea of the container being used for adding the water yo the towel and also for storage. It worked great. Functionality:Used at a baseball game where heat index was over 100 degrees and this helped make it tolerable in the shade. It worked really well and kept other things in my bag dry in between uses.

I could wrap a wet hand towel around my neck to cool off, and I already have plenty of hand towels. I bought this towel thinking it would be different. Yes, it's lightweight, and yes,it's absorbent. It cools me for about an hour and makes my shirt wet. I wanted to wear this while sleeping to help with night sweats, but it wets my pillow. I put it on the front of my neck, but it falls off.I'm looking for a product that cools me without wetting my clothes. Maybe something with small beads that cool when activated. UPDATE: I put the towel in the freezer on other things to shape it like a u. When I want to cool off, I wrap the frozen towel around my neck. It works much better this way!

I ordered this item for my husband that works in construction. It works very well and stays wet and cool in hot weather except when it’s severely hot outside. Today was 110 degrees and It would only stay cool for a small time then dries up. Of course because of the weather but I expected it to stay cool a little bit longer. Still a great investment. Love the blue and ease of use. Just dip it in water and you’re good to go! Great size, hubby can wrap it around his head and still have some to cover his neck.
