Vitamins were good. Easy to swallow. Did not have any issues with smell of them or stomach upset. I believe they are excellent quality and helps add vitamins and nutrients to you. The only thing is they can be kinda pricy. Ended up switching brands for a cheaper alternative.

You know vitamin is good for you when it's not some fluorescent color that's been made with all kinds of additives and artificial colorings. I'd like this product because it's only one tablet daily for a full dose. Other vitamins you have to take two or even three or more to get a full dose.
