The controller comes as is in perfect condition. Looks and feels brand new. Only issue I have with the controller is it keeps disconnecting from my PlayStation. It doesn’t stay on unless it’s plugged into the PlayStation. I tried it on my MacBook and it turns off as well and doesn’t stay on.

Just received this controller for my nephew, it works great he is extremely happy and even says it helps him play better.

It's a good controller that works perfect. i just bought this controller to modify it bye adding mouse click triggers and back buttons and everything went smoothly. The only reason i wouldnt get it is because it git delayed from FedEx and it was a pain.

I have ordered this controller twice from this seller, and while both were completely functional and offered good value for money there was a wide discrepancy in the quality between them. The first came wrapped rather carelessly and worked, but quality was fairly mediocre and I initially blamed it on DualShock 4 rather than the vendor.I was happy enough with my purchase though to buy another one, and this time it got to me packaged much, much better and with a slick, like-new quality. Buttons are crisp and satisfying, everything works great out of the box.So while it is strange I feel somewhat more negatively after having an even more positive experience, I will say that with this item your milage will likely vary and the quality of the item received may or may not live up to expectations. I am uncertain if the orders were fulfilled by the same vendor, or separate vendors, and this may be a contributing factor. Of course, this item is refurbished so all of this may be expected.Overall, a solid buy and good value for money, would buy again.

The controller I got works fine if all you need it for is gaming, the sound quality while having headphones plugged in is definitely NOT factory issue, it sounds like they refitted it with something cheaper. There's obviously less bass coming through and things can sound less crisp at times. The major issue with the unit I received is when I have my headphones plugged into the controller and try to capture gameplay, EVRYTHING has a very bad echo to it, rendering the video worthless and unusable. Thankfully this issue doesn't come up if there's no headphones plugged in, but this is beyond inconvenient. Another issue is if the controller is left alone for maybe 2 or 3 minutes, it disconnects and shuts off, completely bypassing my user settings.If you're only looking for a controller that feels and plays like a genuine Sony Licensed controller, factory fresh and new... this might not be the one for you, I've seen others saying the controllers don't turn on and won't connect, other's have drift right out the box and buttons sticking... If you're wanting a controller for recording gameplay, DO NOT get this one!! Spend the extra cash on a brand new one instead, avoid this thing like the plague.
