It works!
I purchased this item to make cube steaks from venison (deer meat). Although the meat wasn't a choice cut, after using this mallet and chicken frying the meat, then smothering it in brown onion gravy and pouring the gravy over mashed potatoes, my grandkids said that it tasted like hamburger! To transform a less-than-perfect cut of meat into a deliciously tender dish, I highly recommend this purchase.

It does just what it is designed to do.
Meat mallet! Gre@t to tenderize a tough cut or pound a cut flat and thin like making schnitzel. The stainless steel head is good quality and the handle is easy to grip. The spikes are sharp at the point to tear the fibers. The color black and polished steel is just what I wanted. It doesn’t leave any metallic taste in your food either.A great choice for the price.

Nice tenderizer!
Very pleased with this especially at the price point. Seems to be of good quality and well balanced. Very comfortable handle with a soft silicone insert. Makes gripping very comfortable and secure. I plan on altering my butcher block so I can store it in the block. It comes with a hole in the end of the handle so you can hang it if you wish.

The best meat smasher you’ve ever seen.
This smashes the meats so well. Sometimes…I get out a chicken breast to bang it with this heavy metal piece of equipment. Top quality meat smasher. I’d recommend it to a friend.
