I bought 2 of theses for 2 different showers. I was looking for a high quality set. I took a chance on these. I was very impressed with the way they were boxed. Most parts are metal and seem to be high quality. The bar that holds the second shower head is plastic. This does not seem to be a problem.The rain fall shower head is very nice. All the parts seem very sturdy. The water pressure is excellent on both shower heads. The controls are easy to use.We have had these installed for about 3 weeks. There are 5 adults in our house. We all love these showers. My son and daughter-in-law have there own master bathroom with a different shower. They are now using the new shower in the common bathroom because of the rainfall shower head.Hopefully these will last a long time. So far I would give them more that 5 stars if I could.

Our bathroom remodel just wrapped up yesterday and we've taken 3 showers with this system.GOOD: (1) It came carefully packaged with cloth bags for each main piece. Nicely done. (2) Installed in the shower, it looks great with solid feel. (3) the price is right!NOT SO GOOD: (1) at half volume, the mixer makes a whine indicative of turbulent flow in the valve. My Hansgrohe doesn't do that... (2) the Hot/Cold indication is a bit confusing. The H and C lettering is above the swivel handle, making you think that you aim to it for the appropriate temperature. But no, your handle (lower part) itself should swing to the side of H or C to get what you want. It's counter intuitive but I am sure I'll get over it.

I love this shower head. Water flow is perfect. You can use the handheld wand and waterfall at the same time or separately. Nice set up

I had a total remodel of bathroom. I researched and read everything about these types of shower systems. This was by far the best in quality! It is beautiful and I have enjoyed showing it off! I feel I am in a spa.

We were going to have a plumber ($200) install this after reading some of the reviews, but after reading the instructions and checking out what he would need to install, my husband who is more carpenter than plumber, was easily able to install it .Our access was through a closet wall and he only needed me to hold parts straight and level on the shower side when securing the parts.The very best part of this shower is the shower experience. I thought a 12" shower head was going to be too large but it is absolutely perfect. The flow feels so much like a warm gentle waterfall yet the flow is strong enough to rinse soap and shampoo off very quickly. The only down side is that we take really long showers now (wasting a bit of water!) just to enjoy and relax. The shower wand is wonderful. It is comfortable to hold, the flow is excellent and I use it to mostly to rinse off the shower walls before I exit and as a last rinse of my hair.The controls are simple and easy to use. I didn't think that I would like the squared features but they not only look great, are easy to keep clean and also respond immediately when moved.I am so happy that we chose this model rather than the 10 inch one. For the relatively small difference in price, it was more than worth it and I can truly give it a 5+ star recommendation.
