I want to review the outstanding customer support I received after my purchase. The first time I used my new backpack, I had an issue with one of the stitches pulling apart. I contacted customer services and could not have been happier with their quick response and positive experience. I sent in two pictures of the backpack and within two days a new one was in the mail and waiting for me when I returned from my trip. No charge and no hassle.Not every product is perfect. This backpack was as described and did the job. Spacious and many compartments to hold a variety of items.Highest recommendations not only for the product but the service and support after the sale.

I had a problem with the handle located at the top of this backpack failing after a few months of usage. Ashley from the backpack manufacturer's Customer Service department contacted me and offered to correct the situation to my satisfaction. It is good to know that someone has your back when a problem arises. Thank you again.

Great quality bookbag. I keep two laptops, one is ruggedized. I also keep a small camping seat and toiletries bag on the outer pouch. I work in network closets and I have several tools and cables i keep in it. I also love the extra battery holder and charging ports.

I work 12 hour over night shifts as a DSP, and live by the phrase "better to have it and not need than to need it and not have it"....this back pack is gigantic and if ypu need a bag that will fit everything...this bag is the one.Well worth the money in my opinion. Best purchase I've made in a while. Ty!

Edit: I have to tell you, these guys have been amazing! I wrote this review and within an hour I had a response. They gave me numerous options refund new one pick my color, pick a different style, etc. But my son, who’s autistic, loved this exact backpack.So we had to do this exact backpack. I never got any hesitation, it was OK. We’ll get it out to you. It was here the next day. My son went to school that morning with his perfect backpack. Thank you so much.We all know that nothing in this world is perfect. Everything has its ups and downs. But this was a “holy crap, I can’t believe that happened”.These guys found a way to make it right. They found a way to make my son’s day. It doesn’t happen very often.I bought this for my son to use for school. He’s not rough on it, doesn’t throw things around, but the entire top has ripped open. We’ve only had it for about a month maybe six weeks and I’m gonna have to get a new one.Will not buy this again. For the price, it should have lasted at lot longer.
