They work for me
This is my second bottle of the multivitamins . I have more energy and feel generally better when taking them. A demanding job non desk job makes it difficult to eat regularly and even though I try to make healthy eating choices at home it isn't always possible or practical. The multi vitamins are a quick and handy way of providing me with essential vitamins and being soft and chewy is a plus because I struggle swallowing tablets/ supplements in tablet or capsule form.
