Great for rope rescue
Perfect for rope rescue. Design is prefect n hard heavy duty made

Great but there are better Resecue Descenders out there
Love the price and this does everything it is designed to do.I love how thick and hardy it is. Lots of confidence in the device.HOWEVER - takes a lot of skill to wrap into the lock-off arms. You have to let off the brake to wrap up around the arms. That's hard to do under body weight. After some practice a few feet off the ground I mastered it - but it took a lot of strength and speed to throw a wrap around the arm before slipping.So - just a cautionary tale - you don't want to be midway down a cliff trying to figure this thing out. It looks obvious how to use it and I'm fairly experienced - but it humbled me.

It has no certification but it is durable.
This is used for climbing and has been put to the test and remains intact.

This descender is exactly what you would expect it to be. It looks just like the picture. It is very light, and does feel well made. It's a solid piece. Simple product. Would recommend.
