Q: How many bars of soap could you make from one container?

I make small batches of soap...10 4 oz. bars at a time...I only lightly color so have gotten 3 batches from one bottle of color.

Q: Can it be use in scrubs ?

Bath bombs, scrubs, lotions, soaps. Can be used in it all.

Q: Has anyone tried these mica powders in polyester resin, gel coat?

If by gel-coat you mean epoxy, yes. I use it at 3-5% for rocket fillets. It gives nice bright colours, but is not very sparkly. My use is thick, so a sprayed, thinner coat might align the flecks better.
