Update: 3 months now and it keeps helping me. I'm going for a vacation with lots a walking and feel confident this will get me through it.First review: I was skeptical but thought "what the hell I'll try it". Works for my sciatica. I use it during my 4 miles daily walk and soon after when I'm going around the house doing stuff. Try a few times so you can find the right pressure and voila, it works.

This brace gave me some back n leg support but did nothing for the horrible pain I was experiencing. I don't like writing negative reviews because I am sure that it probably works well for some people. I found it to be sturdy. It did slip down n had to be repositioned often. I had a pinched nerve in my Lumbar spine n ended up having to have back surgery to relieve the nerve. My degree of pain was probably more than this brace is built for.

the wrap belt fits just fine. The only complaint I have is that it does not help with my shooting pains down my leg from my hip. I have hip surgery scheduled in two months. Hopefully that will help my flexibility and pain levels after I complete my rehabilitation exercises.

This appliance was easy to place on my right leg. It was very comfortable & it doesn’t show under casual daytime clothing. It relieved my hip & leg pain enough so that I could walk at a fairly decent pace. I will continue wearing it & hopefully, in time, it will only be necessary once in a while.

This is the worst piece of junk I have ever spent money on! It doesn't fit right-I am 6'2" and not fat at all...it barely goes around my thigh! Unfortunately, I washed it before I put it on because it smelled like petrol, otherwise, I would be sending this thing back. BEWARE!!! This is supposed to fit snugly- for me it is just torture trying to. wear it. It is stiff, unmolding to my body, and so tight I think I may have cut the circulation off in my leg completel! y! I will NEVER order anything else from this company!

Took away 1/4 of the pain , was great for support .. super comfortable. Wore for about 16 hours a day .. easy to clean

This brace was fantastic while it held up. I wore it on average about 3-4 days a week for 7-8 hours and while I understand that velcro will not hold forever, I did expect it to last longer than it did. If the material would have lasted or had I understood that it was a limited use life I would’ve given a much higher rating because the brace really does make a difference in my pain level.
