The nonstick surface and even heating carry this pan, ironically the handles sure don't.
Note- this review is based on the $70 price I purchased these at, not the present $100 price. These are my daily driver nonstick pans. The treatment works well and they heat very evenly on my electric coil stovetop. I'd buy the pair again for $70 but not for $100; I'm confident there's better cookware for that price. What holds them back are the handles, which are horrific, no good, bad, and I have no clue how they ever made it past anyone intelligent, but I got accustomed to them after a few months and barely notice them now. They retain far too much heat (I've burned myself more on these two pans in the past year than I have on every other piece of cookware I own for the past two decades, they are seriously poorly designed safety hazard disasters) on top of being awkward to hold. They do work well for oven use because you can grip them very well with an oven mitt and the indention helps you keep it steady, but without a mitt they are unstable and unwieldy. If they could just get a handle on that design flaw I would have been ordering another set of these today.I would say that getting some silicone handle cozies would work well to compensate for the terrible, bad handles, but that would raise the price even more and as noted, these just are not worth the present $100 cost. I would however definitely pay $100 to watch a highlight reel of the people who made this handle and approved it burning themselves on it repeatedly while trying to do basic things.

Just what we needed
Just awesome, we have been dealing with a Calphalon 12' pan thats starting to show its age and is too big for most daily use cases. I did some research on best pans for the money and the HA-1 came up numerous times in reddit post, some did comment just to buy cheap pans because none of them really last but will see...so far we have not been disappointed, everything just slides right off! super easy to clean. Would highly recommend at this point, will update if they don't hold up.p.s. we also bought them as used but new which saved another 30 bucks and the only thing wrong with them were some slight scuffs around the sides which we didn't care since it doesn't effect performance.

Quick Resolution To A Problem.
This review is about the delivery and quick resolution of my problem. I received the first set (picture 1) on Saturday, July 12, and to my surprise, it arrived with a dent. All Clad is known for its quality, and I had their stainless steel pan, which after several years is still outstanding. I reported this problem to Amazon Saturday night and received the new set before 11 a.m. (picture 2) on Monday, July 14.

Very heavy duty!
I’m absolutely loving these pans so far! Whether I’m cooking eggs or grilling chicken, everything cooks evenly and effortlessly. They feel incredibly durable and well-made. I was hesitant at first because of the price, but after constantly replacing cheaper pans every few years, I decided to invest—and I’m so glad I did. I’ll be sure to follow up in a month or so with an update!

Great Pans & Model Number
So far, really happy with the way these pans perform. Feels like cooking is a bit easier since food does not stick and clean up is a breeze. I have purchased many non-stick fry pans and have thrown them all out after a couple of years due to not longer not being non-stick anymore. All Clad is pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for!FYI, if you are trying to locate the model number (register with All Clad) , make sure you take note of it on the box before you throw it out.

Wadda ya know these are induction ready.
I have been using these pans for years. Great on the gas and electric range. They are not advertised or marked induction ready on the pan. But they are induction ready, which is nice to find out because I gave up on my sticky carbon steel and fancy 5-clad stainless skillets.

Love them!
Best pans I've ever had. Cleans easy and nothing sticks to it. Plus no toxic coatings AND handles don't get hot. Wish I bought years ago!
