Wow, beautifully designed product. I have been using it for couple of weeks now. Mode selector is very useful. Novice mode is good for a dayvor two. I shifted to normal mode. The package comes with a set of nozzles to suit user comfort. Love it. It changed my oral health quickly.

This product warranty for 1 year and it failed after 2 months of expiry of warranty. Customer service department proudly announces clause of 1 year warranty alone. No service centre anywhere and only replacement or repurchase. This product is a premium cost compared to others and the service department is of no use. After a day of use, Im not sure if my limited use warrants for a review, but the first uses are excellent. Normal mode is itself strong enough. Im still getting used to all the features. And the power off needs getting used to. Thats all I can say for now
