I didn’t want this thing & don’t want to have a hernia (female groin) but I’m very pleased with this product. It took me a couple of days to adjust it so it works best, & it holds my hernia in very well while I’m waiting to have surgery. Without this, the hernia was a constant awareness, with it, I forget that I have a hernia & wear it all day, especially for exercise. Happy that I got it.

Did the trick for 2 months until I had hernia surgery. Couldn’t find at local pharmacies. Purpose of the pad is to put pressure on the hernia. I did not wear at night as long as slept on my back. Not noticable under loose fitting pants or jeans. Proper placenent and pressure adjusting the velcro straps is the key so ensure correct size.

I have a hernia and bought this support so I could continue to work out at the gym. Initially worked very well but noticed after several months that the Velcro would pop loose which meant an awkward walk to to the restroom to re-fasten it. Overall a good short term solution until you get your hernia fixed.

Had since January 25, biggest frustration is that the ends of the velco straps bend out of shape which causes the waistband to not fasten snugly or slip loose completely. Also can be difficult to remove as the velcro from the lower strap catches on clothing.

I can't tell you this is the best hernia belt, but it worked great for me the two weeks I needed it before my surgery. Hopefully, I won't ever have to buy a second one!!

Got a hernia in the hospital after quadruple bypass due to drainage bulbs (3) pressures. This hernia belt has kept the pressure on perfectly to give me the opportunity to keep working.
